By signing up for or participating in the 360 Fighter Camp Training, you fully agree to the terms and conditions described below.

Refund and Cancellation Policy - 360 Fighter Camp Training 2026

This policy applies to all immersion packages ("Collective Immersion," "Group Immersion," "Exclusive Chalets") booked for the March 23-29, 2026 event.

1. Full Refund Cancellation

• Deadline: Cancellations requested up to January 31, 2026.

• Condition: The amount paid will be fully refunded (100%), excluding only any transaction fees or installment interest charged by the credit card operator/payment platform.

2. Partial Refund Cancellation (Regressive Plan)

After January 31, 2026, the regressive refund policy will be applied to cover committed operational and logistical costs.

• From February 1st until February 28, 2026 > 75% of the amount paid

• From March 1st until March 8, 2026 > 50% of the amount paid

3. Non-Refundable (Late Cancellation)

• Deadline: Cancellations requested starting from March 9, 2026.

• Condition: There will be no right to a refund. This period corresponds to the 15 days immediately preceding the event.

 

 

4. Spot Transfer (Maximum Flexibility)

• Condition: The participant may transfer their spot to another person (friend, teammate) at any time up to 2 days before the event (March 21, 2026).

• Procedure: The responsibility for finding a substitute and settling the transaction value is entirely that of the original participant. 360 Fighter Camp must be notified via email about the change and receive the complete details of the new participant to validate the registration.

 

 

5. Extra Services

• Additional services contracted, such as airport shuttle/transfer, travel insurance, or extra-trip options, are managed by third-party service providers.

• These services have their own separate cancellation and refund policies, which must be consulted directly. 360 Fighter Camp is not responsible for refunds of extra services outside of the main immersion package.
