SOBRE RESERVAS E PACOTES:
ARE FLIGHTS/AIRLINE TICKETS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE? No, flights are not included in the package price. However, if you wish, our specialized team can assist you in searching and finding the best airline tickets for a minimal fee. Please consult our team after booking to find out more about this service.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO? We recommend flying into Viracopos International Airport (VCP) in Campinas, which is the closest major airport to Indaiatuba. São Paulo Guarulhos (GRU) is also an option, but VCP is closer.
IS AIRPORT TRANSFER INCLUDED? No, but it is fully arranged and assisted! Once you book, our team will contact you to organize private airport transfers (VCP preferred) directly to the retreat for an easy, hassle-free arrival. Fees for the transfer service are separate from the package price.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE MANDATORY? Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international travelers. While not mandatory for entry, it is essential for your safety and peace of mind.
WHAT ABOUT MANDATORY VACCINES AND HEALTH INFORMATION FOR BRAZIL? Brazil generally recommends the Yellow Fever vaccine. Please consult the Brazilian Embassy in your home country and your doctor for the most current and mandatory health travel advisories.
WHAT IS THE LOCAL CURRENCY, AND WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED? The local currency is the Brazilian Real (R$). On-site, for drinks and extra purchases, we accept cash (R$) and major credit cards.
DOES THE PACKAGE INCLUDE MEDICAL INSURANCE? IS THERE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ON-SITE? No. The package does not include health coverage or medical insurance. In case of emergency, our team will provide full support for assistance at the public or private hospitals in Indaiatuba/Campinas. We strongly recommend that you have your own active health plan or travel insurance during the trip.
ARE MEALS SUITABLE FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? Yes. The package includes all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Upon booking, you will receive a form to inform us of any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.) and other relevant medical information. Our kitchen will do its best to accommodate your needs.
DO THE MEALS INCLUDE BEVERAGES? The package includes all meals, but beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are purchased separately.
WHAT EXTRA EXPENSES SHOULD I CONSIDER DURING THE IMMERSION? Consider expenses for beverages, use of the laundry service, consumption at the convenience store, acquisition of extra services/products (such as massages, event merchandise), and the purchase of optional excursions (extra-trip options).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ATTEND FOR FEWER THAN 7 DAYS? At the moment, we only have the full immersion option available for international athletes. If you wish to participate for a reduced period, please contact our team at hello360fighter@gmail.com.
CAN I BRING FAMILY OR FRIENDS WHO DO NOT TRAIN JIU-JITSU? Yes! Our environment is democratic, both on and off the mat. Your family and friends are welcome to enjoy the immersion, nature, and leisure facilities (swimming pool, zen area, etc.). Please check the VIP Cabin option for greater comfort.
I WON'T BE PRACTICING ON THE MAT. IS THE PRICE THE SAME? Yes! The 360 Fighter Camp is a complete experience. The mat is only a small part of it. Even if you are not a practitioner, you can enjoy all the other activities and connect with everyone. Make the most of this opportunity!
DO CHILDREN PAY? Children up to 5 years old are free. Children aged 5 to 8 years pay half price. Please select the appropriate ticket for the chosen event (7-DAYS).
DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE DURING THE ADCC TRIAL - INDAIATUBA? Our official activities package starts on March 23rd, the Monday after the ADCC Trials in Indaiatuba. However, if you book your spot for the 360 Fighter immersion, you will receive accommodation for March 19th–20th as a courtesy. Note: Food and transfer to the gymnasium on these days will be charged separately.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION? Yes. A full refund cancellation is possible up to January 31, 2026. After January 31, 2026, the regressive refund policy will be applied to cover committed operational and logistical costs, according to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellations requested starting from March 9, 2026, are not eligible for a refund. Check all details via the link in the site footer.
CAN I TRANSFER MY PACKAGE TO ANOTHER PERSON? Yes. You can transfer your spot to another person (friend, teammate) at any time up to 2 days before the event (March 21, 2026). The responsibility for finding a substitute and settling the transaction value is entirely yours, however. 360 Fighter Camp must be notified via email about the exchange and receive the new participant's full details to validate the registration.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATION TYPES AND FOR WHOM ARE THEY INTENDED? Currently, only the Shared Cabin and VIP Cabin options are available for international athletes. Full details on each profile and price are located within the 7-DAY events, under the "TICKETS" tab.
ARE TOWELS, BEDDING, AND PILLOWS INCLUDED? We provide pillows, sheets, and blankets. Bath and pool/training towels are the guest's responsibility and must be brought by you.
IS CELL SERVICE AND WI-FI AVAILABLE ON LOCATION? Wi-Fi is offered in common areas. As it is a rural area, the signal may be unstable. Take this opportunity to disconnect from the virtual world and connect with the experience and nature!
